If you go through a strict diet, a “cheat” meal here and there would go a long way to keep you happy. To be successful in achieving your goal to lose weight: a few sets, smaller, easier to achieve goals for themselves. It will make you self motivated and more likely to get the overall goal you happier and healthier life.
