To try to reduce the bad feeling which is called fat or overweight, we tend to use lower than feared and offensive words such as “larger size” and “great” not ordinary “fat” and “fat”. But it only takes one comment from a friend of friends, a nurse at a local hospital, to bring home a deep truth. When we choose to change our eating habits, we usually diet to lose weight. Sometimes we may have health problems, such as high cholesterol, which is what brought us to eat healthier.
